This lovely villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms, balcony and a guest cloakroom. The master bedroom on the ground floor boasts a nice bathroom and has patio doors leading out to the swimming pool area. The large, open-plan living-room is equipped with a log fire-place, CD music centre, satellite TV (limited channels) and tasteful furniture. Patio doors open on out on to the terrace that has steps leading down to the pool area.
The light and airy dining-room and kitchen are fully equipped with oven & hob, microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee-maker, an electric cooking pot and equipment for preparing most dishes. There is a large dining table and seating for 8 adults.
The villa has a large private swimming-pool, patio and barbeque. All three bedrooms and the lounge have air-conditioning units which can be used for either cooling or heating (available at an extra charge).
The private swimming pool, with walk-in steps is directly in front the sea. The pool can be heated (available at an extra charge) so can be enjoyed all year round. There are sun beds, umbrellas, tables, and chairs around the paved terrace.

Please note: During the winter we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool due to changing weather conditions and cold nights.

Weddings
We accept weddings at our villas all year except for July/August. Villa has to be rented for minimum 7 days. If the ceremony is being hold on our premises an extra charge of EUR 1500 will be charged.

Cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival: 30 % cancellation fee
Cancellation from 8 weeks before arrival: 100 % cancellation fee
